Fender celebrated seventy years of the Stratocaster with their biggest social giveaway to date – Seventy Anniversary Stratocasters and one extraordinary Custom Shop Limited Edition 1954 Stratocaster. Our role was to create promotional assets that would capture this historic moment and inspire players to join the celebration.
Some designs transcend time – the Stratocaster stands as proof. Since 1954, this shape has remained virtually unchanged, yet continues to push music forward. Now, as Fender opens the next chapter, they’re inviting players everywhere to become part of this enduring legacy.

Our designs draw from the electric energy of mid-century graphic art while speaking to contemporary players. We found inspiration in the work of Peter Max and Milton Glaser – their bold and lively use of form and color translating perfectly to this modern moment. The result honors seven decades of an icon while inviting the next generation to make their mark.
